A new reference paper that will interest SIMS users working with Si wafers as well as Au-coated or ITO-coated glass slides as their sample substrates. Kudos to Kimberly Garcia and Eloise Gaspar for their work on the project, which was part of Eloise's Bachelor thesis internship.
